Keto Advanced they're like oh shit I want to look like that and that's completely okay if you use that as a positive source of motivation great more power to you but a lot of times especially women maybe see like they may had a friend and they were a coach they were competing they want to compete in a couple months and I was considering starting my own coaching services which is obviously something that I launched last month and I was interested like I want to see just you know give me an example as one time you know I'm interested in learning and they showed me an example their plan and it didn't focus on the things that it should like macronutrients carbohydrates calories like actual quantitative you know dieting and training it said make sure that you put lemon in all of your water because lemon juice has enzymes which will pre digest your food in your mouth when you drink it thus decreasing the total calories of the food that you consume and I'm like oh okay so he's pretty much saying I'm either no the fuck he's talking about that the dumbest thing I ever heard if that is the case none it decreases the actual net calories that your body is in taking and if you're actually having to rely on like like lemon juice to
