Indigos and Crystals share so many similarities that it is often very difficult to differentiate between which one is which.

• The terms “Indigo,” “Crystal” and “Rainbow” were assigned by Light workers and other para-psychologists to these three contemporary generations, because they most accurately describe their aura colours and energy patterns.
   

• Indigo Children have a lot of indigo blue in their auras. This is the colour of the “third eye chakra”, which is an invisible, energy centre inside the head located between the two eyebrows. This chakra regulates clairvoyance, or the ability to see energy, visions and spirits. It has been called by various names, such as: the inner eye, the third eye or even the seat of the soul. There are many other places on the web dedicated specifically to the chakras or energy centres; it dates back thousands of years, quite possibly to even before Atlantean times

• They both have highly developed intuitive faculties, demonstrate unconditional love towards their fellow human beings, but also towards all mineral, plant and animal kingdoms. They don’t stop there but also fully embrace the psychic and other Spiritual realms that traditional people regard as fantasy

• One of the main, if not the main, difference lies in their temper. The Indigos have started to be born en masse during the 1970’s, at a time when old systems, old-fashioned governments, old-fashioned churches and old-fashioned schools were still very popular. In order to infuse deep change in society, the Planners of Destiny knew that they needed people that were very brave, almost warrior-like, in this war against the old establishment. This is why they chose the Indigos to come first, because the Indigo soul is usually full of sizzling determination
